Hi, I'm Alexis.
I'm a lymphatic drainage and sculpting specialist based across two locations in West Sussex, with mobile appointments available for surrounding areas. I help people feel lighter, calmer and more like themselves - through treatments that work with the body, not against it.
My Story
Sculpt & Flow Lymphatics came about after my own health journey took an unexpected detour.
I live with type 1 diabetes, PCOS (PMOS) and coeliac disease - three autoimmune conditions that constantly feed into one another. As a qualified personal trainer (Level 3), I found this endlessly frustrating. I watched my clients grow fitter and glow with health, while my own body seemed to work against me - puffy, bloated and in chronic pain, no matter what I did.
Then perimenopause hit - the one nobody warns you about. Weight gathered around my midsection, injury after injury kept me out of the gym and slowly, my confidence went with it.
But somewhere in the back of my mind, I knew I'd been here before. Shortly after my eldest daughter was born. Twenty-two years ago, living in Cape Town, I found a brilliant lymphatic drainage specialist who had me feeling right as rain, fast. So I went looking for that same kind of relief again, this time closer to home.
What I found instead were lymphatic stimulation massages - lovely, but not the guided, purposeful movement the body actually needs to shift fluid and truly reset. So I decided to do something about it myself. I trained under an incredible specialist, absorbed everything I could and put months of research into practice.
Sculpt & Flow Lymphatics is the result - treatments built from real experience, real frustration and a real understanding of what it feels like when your body just isn't working the way you need it to.
What I Offer
I specialise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD) and a Bespoke Lymphatic Drainage Treatment — a combination of MLD and BLD, with Wood Therapy woven in where it complements your wellness journey.
